Springs, clips & brackets

We are now able to offer on site production of springs and light sheet metal working. We currently produce a variety of flat springs, small brackets and a large range of filter clips typically used in HVAC systems. (See more information on filter clips) We work from a range of materials including sprung stainless steel, CS80 hardened and tempered spring steel & phosphor bronze, as well as sheet stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel. We can work from samples or drawings to produce your required parts, and we are happy to discuss creating prototypes or ideas for new components. Our newest product released in 2017 is our insect screens. Specifically created for the HVAC industry, our insect screens are already proving popular. Find more information here…
